New Location Expands Access to Specialized Physical, Occupational and Hand Therapy Services in Madison County
Richmond, KY. — Commonwealth Hand & Physical Therapy is excited to announce the opening of its newest clinic in Richmond, located at 1054 Center Drive, Suite 1, Richmond, KY 40475. The new location will expand access to high-quality physical therapy, occupational therapy and specialized hand therapy services for patients throughout Richmond and the surrounding Madison County community.
The Richmond clinic will be led by Regional Director Kyle Mullins, OTD, MS, OTR/L, CHT, a Certified Hand Therapist who has been with Commonwealth Hand & Physical Therapy since its opening in 2016. Mullins earned his master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University and has worked exclusively in hand therapy throughout his career, treating a wide range of hand and upper extremity conditions. He earned his Certified Hand Therapist designation in 2018 and completed his Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Spalding University in 2022.
The clinic will offer a wide range of rehabilitation services, including specialized orthopedic physical therapy, hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation, custom orthotic fabrication, post-surgical recovery, occupational therapy, dry needling, manual therapy and treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Commonwealth’s clinicians work closely with each patient to create individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery and improved quality of life.
